The Blastman Coatings is a family-owned and operated Canadian company based in Brampton, Ontario. We specialize in metal surface preparations and high-performance paint coating systems. IN-SHOP & ON-SITE SERVICES

The Blastman Coatings offers a variety of metal service preparation and high-performance paint coatings for new material or we can refurbish existing product. Also, we can provide a duplex coating system over hot-dip galvanized material for aesthetic purposes and as added protection. The Blastman Coatings is designed to serve and accommodate all your needs from small-scale, lightweight, miscellaneous components to large and heavy fabrications. Our facility has an eight-wheel wheelabrator system for production runs, a blast booth for custom fabrications, overhead cranes for material handling, and climate-controlled paint booths. Being one of the largest abrasive blasting and painting shops in the Greater Toronto Area, we continue to lead with our extensive knowledge of the industry, excellent quality, timely performance, and competitive pricing.

Our experienced crews have mobilized across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. The Blastman Coatings has expanded to on-site services, managing interior and exterior painting for industrial, commercial and metal refinishing and restoration projects. Our objective is to provide a reasonable cost for our high-quality paint services to each individual customer. We pride ourselves on minimizing disruptions to businesses and occupants during appropriate scheduled times.

IN-SHOP Services

In-Shop: Metal Surface Preparations & Equipment

Abrasive blast cleaning is our facility’s most common metal surface preparation. Our wheelabrator and blast booth systems allow for the removal of rust, existing coatings, and other redundant surface contaminants.

Abrasive blast services include steel grit and shot, sandblasting, glass bead cleaning, aluminum oxide, soda, walnut shells, and many others.

In-Shop: High-Performance Paint Coatings & Equipment

The coatings are applied by spray pump (airless, HVLP high volume low pressure, conventional & electrostatic), which transpires into a solid and protective film in our climate-controlled paint booths.

High-performance paint coatings include alkyd, acrylic, epoxy, enamels, latex, shop primer, polyurethane, poly siloxane, inorganic zinc, organic zinc, metalizing (Thermal Spray Coating/TSC), intumescent fireproofing and many others.

ON-SITE Services

On-Site: Metal Surface Preparations & Equipment

Metal surface preparation is critical to the success and longevity of high-performance paint coating. On-site locations are inspected and processed before a series of appropriate protocols are selected. This includes power tool cleaning, high-pressure water washing, steam cleaning, sandblasting, dry ice blasting and chemical treatments.

On-Site: High-Performance Paint Coatings & Equipment

The coatings are applied by hand or spray pump (airless, HVLP high volume low pressure, conventional & electrostatic), which transpires into a solid and protective film.
